Shayle Durkin-Chief Executive Officer
The inventor of the Heads Up! product line and the founder of the company, Mr. Durkin is the creative force behind Heads Up! Safety. His diverse experience in the industrial, technical, and non-profit sectors come together in the design and development of unique automotive safety products.  A father of six, Shayle has a passion for children and family safety which finds expression in Heads Up! and similar products currently in development. 

John Kalli : Chief Operating Officer
Nearly 30 years of managing companies have given Mr. John Kalli a deep and broad understanding of how business works and how technology can help foster, sustain, and manage growth.  He has run companies and organizations ranging from $3 million to $300 million including AGS Information Services, a former division of Verizon.

Keone Kali: Chief Development Officer
Mr. Kali has extensive experience in the municipal, private utility, and engineering consulting arenas. He previously served as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Beverly Hills, California from 2001 – 2007 where the Mayor and City Council honored him with a Proclamation for distinguished service, leadership and vision. Mr. Kali has also been awarded recognition by the League of California Cities, Western Cities Magazine, InfoWorld Magazine, and the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Program as a Top Innovator and for Achievement of Excellence in Government.  During his tenure, Mr. Kali created and managed 5-year project specific capital of over $91 million.  Prior to the City of Beverly Hills, Mr. Kali designed Geographic/Environmental Analysis and Land Use Management/Information Systems for Edison International, Psomas, and various California Cities and Counties. 

Tom Whale : Chief Financial Officer
Tom has over twenty years of successful international and domestic experience within companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations.  Drawing upon his financial, decision-making, organizational, and cross-functional interpersonal skills, Mr. Whale has developed innovative solutions to complex business issues in a variety of industries.

Gail Lynn : VP Operations
Ms. Lynn is a seasoned, highly motivated individual with a very successful track record in the automotive, telecommunications and entertainment industries.  With over 15 years experience, Ms. Lynn is recognized for her exceptional problem solving capability, her ability to motivate others and her extraordinary organizational skills.  She is recognized as a hands-on, pro-active troubleshooter who can rapidly identify business problems, formulate strategic plans, initiate change and implement new processes in challenging environments.  Ms. Lynn has extensive experience on domestic and international projects with as few as 10 and as many as 120 team members.  She has a strong commitment to deliver timely, accurate and quality work.

Lane Bird: Product Manager
For 20 years as an Entrepenuer/Executive,  Lane has developed proven systems for developing and introducing new products to market. Lane is an expert in global sourcing, manufacturing and  marketing. Lane's core business values are based on Actions, Results and Continuous Innovation.   Lane's experience and ability to make good business decisions make him a very valuable member of our team.

Harry Lay : Strategic Planning Consultant / Advisor
Harry served as President and Chief Financial Officer for a large multi-office international architectural and engineering firm for more than eight years where he directed the financial, treasury, strategic planning, and related administrative activities of the company. This company designed all of the Wal-Mart stores built in the U.S. from 1990 through 1996 and was featured in INC. magazine and the Wall Street Journal during this time frame.

Alma Candelaria : Government Relations Advisor
Ms. Candelaria last served as the Deputy Executive Director for the US House of Representatives with the Office of Compliance.  Her federal government career has spanned eighteen years, mostly in and around the United States Congress.  Her direct experience working in both the legislative and executive branches provides  a competitive advantage and strategic entre' for Heads Up! with the federal government, national organizations and media outlets for contracting and policy purposes.

Leslie Knight : Advisory Board
Leslie is the General Manager of Knight Performance Management. Miss Knight has more than 19 years of leadership and IT experience with Amoco, a Fortune 50 corporation, and with Gartner, Inc., a leading provider of IT research and benchmarking services. Miss Knight's career has been focused on improving performance, decreasing cost and increasing customer satisfaction. Leslie brings a performance enhanced, best cost mentality to the Heads Up! boardroom.

Virginia Sourlis : SEC Counsel
Virginia has over 15 years of corporate law experience. She has counseled in transactions totaling more than $2.7 billion since she began practicing law. Ms. Sourlis strives to execute the latest corporate and securities legislation as they pertain to our Company, ensuring Heads Up! is always up to date and in full compliance.
